Before work starts
Pack away anything you will not need, label boxes by room, and clear a route to the front door. We seal doorways with dust barriers and protect floors on day one.
Keeping a kitchen working
On kitchen projects we set up a temporary kitchen with a kettle, microwave and fridge in another room, and phase the work so you are never fully without cooking facilities.
Keeping a bathroom working
If there is only one bathroom, we plan the schedule so it is out of action for the shortest possible window, and arrange access to a second facility if needed.
The daily routine
Our teams arrive at a set time, clean down at the end of each day and keep tools tidy. You will always know who is on site and what they are doing.
Living with dust
Expect some dust — it is unavoidable. Air purifiers, sealed doorways and daily cleaning keep it to a minimum, and we remove all debris at the end.
