A few things homeowners ask us most often. If your question is not here, just ask in the form — we are happy to talk it through.
It depends on scope, materials and the age of your home. A bathroom typically starts around $25,000, a kitchen around $45,000, and whole-home remodels from $150,000. After a consultation we give you a fixed, itemised price so there are no surprises.
A bathroom usually takes 3–4 weeks on site, a kitchen 5–7 weeks, and a whole-home remodel 3–5 months. We agree a week-by-week schedule before work begins and send you a progress update every Friday.
Yes, most clients do. We install dust barriers, protect floors, clean down at the end of each day and — on larger projects — phase the work so at least one bathroom and a temporary kitchen stay usable throughout.
We do. Permits, structural engineering and building-control sign-off are all managed in-house. You never have to chase a third party — your project manager coordinates every inspection and keeps the paperwork moving.
Every project carries our 15-year workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances we supply. You also get a named aftercare contact, so if anything needs attention later it is one call away.
